      Conflicts Analyst Interview

      Nov 1, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at King & Spalding in Oct 2022

      Interview

The initial interview, with the hiring manager, was pleasant, but, oi, the follow-up! The manager's manager--the uber-boss, if you will--ran a classic, adversarial-style interview, where she fired off read-in-a-HR-guide questions and remained stone-faced throughout the answers. This company tracks your searches per hour--for training purposes, they say, but I call B.S. Does anyone really think they collect those data but don't use those data?

      Question 1

What's your greatest weakness? (The epitome of all read-in-a-HR guide questions)
