Interview
They did a group interview that was really easy that gave us a packet that we had to fill out asking about basic customer service stuffy then they had a presentation that talked about the job duties, the company, and the job perks
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was a group interview. The evaluator was not observant of my behavior and claimed that I did negative things which I knew I didn't do. If you're introverted, I would suggest looking elsewhere. That's apparently a big no-no for them, even if you're applying for something that isn't very verbally-centered with guests like custodial work (which is what Park Services primarily is). However, if you're extroverted or really good with people, this will be super easy for you- practically a walk-in and get hired situation. However, this will be very difficult if you're not as good in groups. It took about 45 minutes for me, but I've heard that it can also potentially take up to 2 hours.
