it's really simple and easy. Very interactive. It's in groups so you have better opportunities. I would always encourage you to stand up first, like kind of be the leader of your group. I loved the interview process it's really fast and everyone is soo nice.

I went in a room with about 10 other people who are also interviewing. we sat down at two tables, like 5 people at each table. there were two HR people who viewed how everyone worked together with each other. it's so friendly looking in the rooms set-up that I low key forgot it was an interview. there's like teddy bears at the front and Legos and markers on the table. everyone took turns to do an introduction. then we had to build something with the Legos by working with a team. lastly we were given potential situations that could happen while working and make a solution as a group.
