I applied online and received an email to set up an interview. I interviewed with the head of the department that I would work for at the HR building. He asked me pretty simple and straightforward questions. The only awkward part of the interview was that the interviewer had to type my answers as I was saying them, which made awkward pauses after each question and a lack of eye contact. I was offered the job at the end of my interview.
