applied online, and got an email to schedule an interview. They were able to work with me to schedule it to a different day. The interview itself was onsite and 1 to 1. Very casual, just asking if you can do the job simple behavioral questions. The offer itself was sent by email later that week but my interviewer pretty much told me I got the job before i left (they really need summer workers).
