Kingspan Graduate Program interview questions

I have completed CV screening, psychological and logical games which took around 40 minutes, and intervie with a system. After that, it took them quite a long time to get a final decision, which was negative in my case. I feel like the process was a bit too mechanical and too little connection with a real person.

Very long recruitment process. Although, the interviews were always very nice. The interviewers were always very nice, NEVER RUDE. I would say everything was okay although it took too long to know their final decision.
