I was first put through a quick phone screening with HR, asking why I had applied and what I was looking to get out of the position. Following, I had an in-person interview. I took a 15 minute proofreading quiz, and continuation with the interview was contingent upon passing. After that, I talked to HR for about 20 minutes, then interviewed with two members of my potential new team for about a half hour. A week later, I had a second interview with the team manager and two others that I'd be working closely with, each for thirty minutes.
