Interview

They started me with an Excel Test and I interviewed with 2 people each lasting for 15 minutes each. It was very conversational and they seemed to get a lot from my resume. I felt like they wanted to hire me based off my resume alone.

I got more information vs being drilled with questions. It seems like they were more interested and the kind of person I was and how well i would fit in. I felt they already knew i was qualified for the job.
