I found it to be very organized and efficient. You meet with a handful of more senior legal assistants in various groups. The ask you questions about your availability and attitude for overtime, working on weekends, etc. Everyone had different questions, but they were all very pleasant and willing to answer any questions.

I didn't find any of the questions to be particularly difficult or unexpected.
Classic behavioral questions--tell me about a time when you worked with a team, tell me about a time when you encountered a setback, etc. Initial phone screening with recruiter and then you're asked to indicate which practice group you're interested in.
Discussed the role and the day to day tasks the position would be doing in the office, as well as the culture of the company overall. Then had to complete a typing and proofreading test.

Ended up going back 4 times , the computer crashed during testing I was hired but not for the job I interviewed for and the attorneys seemed like they didn’t really want to be interrupted during their busy work day. Benefits meetings went really well they are very organized as far as the entry process.
