30 minute virtual interview with a partner, who was friendly and cordial. They wanted candidates to already be committed to working in a single practice area, which does not seem to be the norm.

Why are you interested in the real estate practice group?
Very casual, they had a connector and three attorneys that I interviewed with. The attorneys ranged from midlevels to partners, and they were fairly laidback. This office cares a lot about texas ties
