Interview process is very straightforward, starting with a manager interview, an HR interview, to a panel interview and then a job talk. Hiring team is responsive, professional and very supportive. HR team is able to quickly convey information between interviewee and the hiring team. Very easy to communicate, role expectation is very clear, overall a very positive and enjoyable experience.

Scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager through administrative from Kite.
Phone rings after scheduled time. Hiring manager did not mention anything regarding the job duty or the requirements she is looking. Instead, questioning the details for technique after my briefing on my experience. Interrogation interview, rude and not respectful.

The most disrespectful interview process I have EVER seen. If the treat their interviewees this poorly, they must also treat their employees this badly. This is likely to be true as the attrition rate at Kite Pharma has been high since the acquisition by Gilead, based on inside reports.
