Background information regarding cell therapy (MFG and lot release)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kite Pharma (Frederick, MD) in Jun 2020
Interview
I was referred by an employee. I was contacted by HR (Ben Wolff) and he was a delight the entire process. He was very passionate and well spoken about the company. The whole interview process took about 4 weeks (5 if you include the holiday shutdown, but I don't count that). I had a video interview with the hiring manager who asked questions about my experience and interest in Kite. I then had a video interview with the team I would be working with, and other cross collaborative teams. Overall, it was a great interview process.
