2 phone interviews followed by a free, 3-page written report followed by a full-day interview on-site. During the entire process, their HR team liked to boast about how proud of their hiring process they are - however, they seem to not understand or care that, at least for this position, it took the better part of 3 business days (unpaid at every step) to complete the entire interview process. If you require the applicant to perform a task that can take up to an entire business day, pay them for it. Also, at the end of the process, I received an auto email saying no thanks - after 3 months of remaining in contact. I'm honestly glad I did not get offered this position.
