Applied via LinkedIn and was shortlisted for the Interviews. I attended 2 panel interviews and 1 solo interview where I met the Board Director. All two pane interviews were great and they liked me but the last interview was very uncomfortable and very biast. I was given the impression I got the job and after the last interview I which I was told was just formality i received a decline and they didn’t know why. The so called Board Director was very deneaning and didn’t know how to conduct a proper interview. The individual just stared at me and asked me to ask them questions to use the full 45 minutes at the end of the interview they even said it’s always great to meet future employees. Giving me the impression that I got the job. The definitely gave the wrong impression and created false hope - playing with peoples emotions
