I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview was fairly simple. They begin with a phone interview where they basically want to get to know you and explain the position you are applying for. If you wish to continue they conduct a formal interview at their office starting with several math questions which are very simple. Then they begin the formal interview where they ask common questions.
Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.
I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Rancho Cordova, CA)
Interview
About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.
