I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
very nice people. Recruiter was extremely polite and helpful. At first had a small conversation with the typical questions "what makes you a good candidate for this job", etc. then had 3 math tests which were easy. Also a few questions about my background, experience, academic. In general the interview was a very pleasant procedure not stressful at all.
Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.
I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Rancho Cordova, CA)
Interview
About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.
