Interview
Submitted an application through the website, and received an from HR for a phone interview. The phone interview which went well, and a face to face meeting was scheduled. They sent me three assessments to take( Aptitude, IQ, and personality) prior to my meeting. The day before my meeting, I received an email (not followed up with a call) stating my meeting was canceled due to insufficient scores received from the assessments. I understand the reason why, but what disappointed me was that the company hr representatives didn’t even call to verbally tell me. Just doesn’t seem professional.
We have changed how we handle applicants from the moment you apply through to the decision making process and onto onboarding. I can say that there are growing pains in hyper-growth and this was one of them. I hope you apply again.

Great process and very quick turn around after each step. They don't leave you waiting for days to know if you get moved on to the next step or not.
