The interview process with West Creek was the fastest most efficient process I've ever been through for a sales position. First interview is with the recruiter. After this they send you a quick disc assessment/test (mostly basic math to test your competence). If passed on this, your second and final interview is with your direct report that lasts 30-45 minutes. They were very quick to inform you if you landed the position, and if so, they do a quick background check and it's done. I couldn't have been happier with the extremely streamlined interview process. It was straight to the point, professional and welcoming. 5 stars.
