What are some goals you would set for yourself if you were to get this position ?
It was an easy interview process but in the end negotiations was a total nightmare. I was offered 20k less than other candidates because I am a woman and the recruiter told me to my face that they don’t believe I am worth the average market rate despite exceeding the experience and education requirements
