I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Dec 2011
Interview
Interview process takes half a day. If you have a morning interview, your last interview will be a lunch interview. Generally, you will interview with 6 people. All of them ask you very similar questions, although each person is looking for different pieces of information. From what I could tell, most of the questions came from a list I found on monster.com. If you prepare well, the interview is not very difficult. If you do not prepare well, you will have a very hard time.

Question 1
Honestly, I overprepared for the interview and I wasn't suprised by any of the questions. They were from monster.com.
The office is very professional. The interviewers were kind, respectful and welcoming. It was one of those interviews where you can sense they are looking for something specific but you have no idea what it might be. (Mine turned out to be "reporting.")
It was a four hour long interview. There were four managers interviewing me. They were very professional, but the questions that they asked were quite repeating. The total process were too long, in my opinion.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
The interview consisted of two 45 minute interviews, with two people each, the title of each of these individuals was given to me in a previous email. In my opinion, they seemed to really focus on your ability to get along with people, or at least this was the case in my interview.
One thing I would mention is don't be afraid to ask the receptionist what is taking so long if the time for your interview has gone by. The email that was sent to my interviewers never made it to them, so their first impression of me was that I was 15 minutes late, when I was actually 20 minutes early. This was confirmed by the receptionist and made aware to them, but its still not a good way to start an interview.
Be prepared.
