I went through two rounds. First one was a HR round where they will ask you some scenerio based questions. Second round was with a panel of two people over Skype call. They pretty much ask the same scenario based questions and will judge your technical and accounting skills. I did not understand as how they can judge technical and accounting skills without asking the related questions.
