Interview
It was slightly formal at their building in Kansas and they flew me out there to interview for the position. They were very accommodating and made sure that I learned as much about the company first hand as possible. I was interviewed by two different people and both were a mix of casual and formal with them wanting to know me more than my qualifications. Overall a great experience
