I was hired through a temp agency. I was told I would be interviewed by 4 people at once, to speed up the process (rather than talk to each of them separately). Everyone was very polite and overall the interview was very pleasant. Coming straight out of college, I was asked about my extra curricular activities, and a series of standard interview questions. One question was about how previous experience helped me with a problem in the future.
