It was rather informal, but at the same time they displayed that it was a professional and well run facility. Kitchen work is by its nature informal and therefore interviews in this business are often a reflection of that. I was interviewed by manager head and they asked me a few questions but more so they discussed the work with me and seemed to discover my strengths and skills through conversation. There was detailed instruction and even a warning as to what to expect and what is expected.
