Interview
Your first and only interview is a group interview of 4 to 5 people with the store manager or the assistant store manager. The manager will ask that everyone introduce themselves and give a brief description of their employment history and/or education. The manager will ask a question and everyone will give an individual answer. If you're a confident person who can come up with good answers on the spot it's best to answer first or last. The interview is not long it's around 5 questions maybe 30-45 minutes at most. They explain the store policy and a couple of the basic rules to help you create your answers because most of the questions are about how you would handle work-related situations if you were hired.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
