Interview
Was escorted to the break room then grabbed by the assistance store manager. I was interviewed by the assistant store manager and the MJM Area supervisor(both woman). They were super nice and friendly. The interview was one on one and fairly simple. Dress professionally and do you general preparation for interviews and you should be fine.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
