The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kohl's in Sep 2016
Interview
I did not realize it was going to be be a group interview. The manager doing the interview was friendly and personable. I'm a supportive person not a competitive one. I tend to talk in attempt to make others feel comfortable. I found some people rude and competitive in the group interview. The questions were very easy no need to be rude or argue with another person after they answer a question and said something different. The store seemed very slow. I feel they could have given all of us a sales flyer or had a contest to win kohls bucks to get people engaged. Your job applicants are potential customers. The interview ended awkwardly with the manager just telling people they could leave. I'm used to saying goodbye nice meeting you, thank you for your time. I understand they want to hire a bunch of people for the holidays.. but we all should have been thanked for for our time and thanked for coming in...because potential customers could be lost if there is then no job offer with that awkward ending.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Folsom, CA)
Interview
Applied online, got an email to come in for an interview a few days later. Asked me 1 or 2 questions before I mentioned I was 17, then they told me they couldn't hire me until I turned 18. Which confused me, because I'd already told them my age in my application.
The interviewer was professional, but quite friendly nonetheless.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Evans, GA) in Feb 2017
Interview
This was my first job interview ever, so I do not feel I was adequately prepared however all of the questions were fair. I walked in to customer service and told them I was here for an interview then the manager came and invited me to his office where he asked me a series of questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one question that really stumped me (though I know employers ask it a lot) was "Name one time a coworker did something unethical and how did you handle it?"
He also asked
How do you feel about getting people to sign up for their credit card? On a scale of 1-10 how much incentive do you have?

Interview
Interview was really fast-paced and I thought it went really well. The guy was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I have bad interview anxiety and for me I felt like it was a good interview. But I guess they didn't like me.
