Interview
Went through the goals for the company and their policy. They wanted to know a lot about you and what your accomplishments were. They liked team work since it is a team based environment. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend trying to get a job at Kohl's. Everything was handled very professionally.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
