My interview experience didn’t go as professionally as I expected. I arrived for the scheduled interview, but the store manager, who was responsible for it, wasn’t in the office that day. They seemed to have forgotten about the interview. A manager who was there stepped in to take responsibility so I wouldn’t waste my time traveling, but it felt rushed and informal. She wasn’t familiar with the position I applied for, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression of a laid-back management style.

First round interview was with one person for 30 minutes, pretty basic questions, felt very comfortable. Second and final interview was with two people, talking to each for 30 minutes.
