I met the HR person at the career fair. I have also attended their on campus info session, which there were only five other people at the info session. I asked many questions during the info session to make sure I would stand out in front of others. The first interview process was lengthy. I first interviewed with a store manager and an assistant store manager. Second room was with another store manager and the HR person. I was asked a serious of questions from all four people. Then, I was called for a second interview process. During the second interview I was interviewed by the district manager and the project HR manager. During all interviews, they had a set of questions to ask.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kohl's in Oct 2020
Interview
There were 2 rounds. One round with a store manager and then with a district manager. It was 30 minutes per each, and it was a lot of behavioral and specifically retail specific questions. It would be really good if you could showcase why specifically you are interested in Kohl's, and it helps if you have retail experience so you can talk about it. Overall, everyone was really friendly, and there was a lot of help along the way. A Kohl's ambassador even reached out to me to see if I needed any help, and I think it's best if you take advantage of that if you are interested.
