I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Lowell, MA) in Mar 2013
Interview
I applied online and got a call about a week later. When I got there, they had a group of about 9 sit around a table and we were asked to fill out applications. After we filled them out, we were asked several questions. Then, they left the room and said they'd be back. They told us they were going to hire one of us at that exact second, and would call the rest back for second interviews. They then said I was hired and they would call the rest soon. They gave me an additional form which I filled out and then told me I would start the following Friday!

Question 1
What is a conflict you faced with someone and how did you resolve it?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
