I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Clay, NY) in May 2013
Interview
I arrived ten minutes early, and was directed to wait in the break room with the other potential hires and fill out some paperwork. When that was finished, we were all lead out into the training room to have the interview. There were two people interviewing us... one asked the questions, and the other noted our responses. It was all pretty laid-back, and there were only six people being interviewed (counting myself).
Literally every single question that was asked is already listed here on glassdoor, so if you run through all the questions and come up with answers for them, you will do very well!
