I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Carrollton, TX) in Sep 2019
Interview
Applied for a seasonal position and got an email for an interview about a day later. I scheduled it for Friday, about three days after my initial application. It was a group interview, really simple questions to get a feel for your personality and schedule. The manager was really lovely and he made the process a lot easier. The whole process took maybe 40 minutes. Later that same day, maybe 6 hours after I interviewed I got an email of acceptance and all the forms I needed to fill out for employment.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
