They will put you in a group interview. The managers are very rude only care about credit cards. And seems to not care if you go to school are have a second job they only pay 9.25 you only get 3 days working 5 hours this is Spanish fort Alabama not a good place to start a career plus it’s only seasonal. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Thats why it’s sits so far in the back of a shopping center no business.

Question 1
Name a time you had to do something that was hard and didn’t know how to do it?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
