I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Gig Harbor, WA) in Aug 2013
Interview
I applied online the day before the store manager called me in for an interview. On the phone she asked me to come in the next day to interview. I ended up in a group interview with four other people. We were each asked the same four questions and were given details about the job and the company. Then we were each asked what department we wanted to become a part of. A couple hours after I got home from the interview I was called and offered the position I wanted starting out at $9.25 an hour. Then the manager asked me come in a couple days later. At orientation we watched videos, toured the store, and got our badges, locks, and the rest of our paper work. In the next two week they will schedule all of the new associates for training and work.
