I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kohl's in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied online through snagajob.com within about 3 days I got a call to interview the next day at 10 am. When I got there I was given an application to fill out that basically just asked for my name and availability and previous work experience and was interviewed with 8 other people. The manager asked questions and everyone took turns answering. Its not so scary if you practice the interview questions but if someone answers what you had in mind before you, the best thing is to give an answer through experience of some sort. That's what I did I made sure not to repeat what someone else said. The interview took about 30 minutes and the manager said to expect a call in a couple of weeks. I got a call the next day asking to schedule a second interview. So the next day I scheduled the interview and it was a one-on-one with the same manager. He asked me about my availability again and told me the pay, what to expect if I get the job, and asked why he should hire me. After that he gave me paperwork to fill out so they could get my information to do a background check and all that good stuff. Within a couple of days I was told I got the job.

Question 1
Questions asked throughout the whole process:
What can you contribute to this company?
Why do you want to work here?
What is Customer Service?
How do you handle Stress?
Give me two words that describe you
Describe a time when you didn't agree with your manager or had a conflict with a co-worker
Basic simple interview, mine was over the phone asking availability, why you want to work here, your strengths and weaknesses. They will tell you a little bit about working there and the company and thats about it. Nothing difficult and they will give you scenarios to see how you would handle them.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Stockbridge, GA)
Interview
Process was pretty simple and straightforward. Longest part was waiting between the initial application and being selected to schedule an interview, which took about 6 weeks. My phone interview lasted around 20 minutes where they asked the typical questions. I was hired the next day.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Westminster, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
Got the interview but was told to re-schedule to the next day just 45 mins ahead. Then the manager or supervisor (named Laura) never called back. I don't even bother to call them back because I ended up accepted a better offer from another company.
