I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Hazel Dell, WA) in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied online from snagajob.com after a few days they called me and asked me to come in for an interview. It was a group interview of about 8 people. One guy dipped out after seeing all the teenage girls lol they questions were simple. She asked about 4 questions and then we got to ask her some questions. ASK HER QUESTIONS. I believe eye contact, smiling, nodding your head when others are talking, and asking questions at the end is what helped me get the job. That was my first interview ever and i got it. Dont ask the manager questions like what will my pay be or what are my benefits. I asked what is your favorite thing about working at Kohls. She smiled and i think she really enjoyed answering that question.
