Process took about 3 weeks. First interview was with store managers from two different stores. Second interview was with two district managers. First interview was mainly behavioral questions and second interview was similar but shorter. Overall the interview was fairly easy and the staff was very friendly. I did not get the position because they thought I would not pursue a career with Kohl's in the long run. I am a health science major.
