met at a college fair and interviewed about 2 weeks later on campus. The lady was extremely young and didn't seem to know much about the company. Interview was pretty easy but tedious. The usual "tell me about a time when you…"

all of the questions were pretty basic situational questions. Tell me about a time when you had to mentor someone? Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what was the result of that mistake?
Very easy interview process involving potentially two conversations, one with a store manager and another with the district manager allowing both to get a feel of what you are looking for in a management role.
This was a normal and easy interview with typical questions: tell me about yourself, difficult time, communication, delegating tasks, etc. Very kind and personable interviewer which made the process fly by!
