I met a recruiter and an event and spoke to them at length. I submitted my resume and was contacted for an interview. I was interviewed twice in one day on campus and was then invited to the final interview with the district and regional managers. I was again interviewed twice and had to do a quick project with fellow interviewees.

Question 1
The project was the most unexpected element, we were given a typical issue of a kohl's store and given 10 minutes to come up with a solution in a team and then present it to our interviewers. Our interviewers watched as we discussed ideas in teams and then as we presented.

Interview
It was very simple and was actually enjoyable. Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly and easy to talk to! I first had a one on one interview with a nearby store manager. Then my second interview came a few weeks later. It was a group interview with an easy case study/ presentation. Then there were two one on one interviews with a store manager and then the Division Manager.

The interviewer was nice and friendly. I left with positive feeling but it was heartbreaking to realize when I didn't get the job, especially when I was really looking forward to it.

Interview
The interview process was very negative. There were two women and one of them did not seem interested in me at all. She seemed to force my answers to be short when she would look down at her paper and start saying her next question. I did not feel comfortable during the interview and she made me just want to walk out the door. She was not a very good interviewer.
