Interview
I used Snagajob.com and applied for only seasonal employment during the holidays. No formal interview, was called in for a group interview of about 15 people, got a call a few days later asking to start the next Monday with orientation. Most of the people I interviewed with were hired.
Very quick and easy process setting up interview. They use the method of 2 step Interview. They do group interview which have like 5-6 people. If hired you will get a second email to schedule appointment for orentation.

It was during holiday seasonal hiring; so I was in a group interview. The actual interview took about 40 minutes and then we had to wait while they talked to each person separately. I got offered the position that day and started about a week later.
