I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
Phone screen was weird: Mostly in core java and I think I was on speaker phone and each of my answers we being discussed among a team listening cause often times, the person asking me the question, would mute me and come back in a few minutes.
Onsite: Given a linked-list problem. Knocked it off the park. The 2 Managers came in and I answered all their core java, DB questions. Left feeling, I will definitely get an offer. and then COMPLETE SILENCE. I then pinged the recruiter asking for an update. NO ANSWER. Why do I feel the position was not even open?

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kohl's

1. Short HR interview 2. 60-90 minute technical interview During technical was asked medium leetcode questions by 1 team member and easy by another. If I wanted to do leetcode i wouldn't interview with Kohl's and would just study for FANNG. I didn't study ahead of time since this was kohl's so of course failed the 1 question.
Hacker rack First round is ford of a lot more money and I don’t know how much it will be but it will be worth it to me to get Second round is good Manger round is good Hr round is good
Overall the interview process seemed unrefined and experimental in nature. A good 1/3 of one session was eaten up trying to get remote collaboration tools working. Interviewers dropped out before sessions were over. In the last session, they initially mistook me for a different candidate. I guess I failed to impress because I got a curt rejection email with no reason offered, but by that point I wasn't excited about it either.
