Applied online. Was called about a month later. Interviewed with store manager. Interview was very informative and went very well, lasted over an hour.
Interview with assistant and store manager. Talk about previous experience and where I see myself in the future. Do I want to move up with the company. Talked about handing difficult situation.

The total interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with an initial phone interview with the Corporate recruiter, then a phone interview with the DSM and finally a face to face interview with the Store Manager and DSM.
