The interview process consisted of a series of questions about why you want to work there and different situations you have been in when dealing with a customer. Overall, easy questions with manager or assistant manager. The interview maybe takes about 20-30 minutes.

Was there ever a time where you encountered a difficult customer?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
