Interview
I applied online and 2 weeks later I was invited to an interview. It was a group interview with 10 people. They asked us three questions :" Name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer!" , " is the customer always right ?", " Name a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer !"
Very easy and laid back interview . The store manager was super nice and made you feel comfortable . She told us about the history of kohl's and we filled out paperwork . When the interview was done she called three ppl out to her office and those three were not hired . After that, she came back with more paperwork, told us that we were hired and we were given our orientation date

Interview
Applied online, got an email to come in for an interview a few days later. Asked me 1 or 2 questions before I mentioned I was 17, then they told me they couldn't hire me until I turned 18. Which confused me, because I'd already told them my age in my application.
The interviewer was professional, but quite friendly nonetheless.

Interview
This was my first job interview ever, so I do not feel I was adequately prepared however all of the questions were fair. I walked in to customer service and told them I was here for an interview then the manager came and invited me to his office where he asked me a series of questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one question that really stumped me (though I know employers ask it a lot) was "Name one time a coworker did something unethical and how did you handle it?"
He also asked
How do you feel about getting people to sign up for their credit card? On a scale of 1-10 how much incentive do you have?

Interview
Interview was really fast-paced and I thought it went really well. The guy was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I have bad interview anxiety and for me I felt like it was a good interview. But I guess they didn't like me.
