I interviewed for months just to be ghosted. I began interviewing in June and went through a call with the recruiter then moved on to a video call with the hiring manager two weeks later. In between each interview, I would not hear back for 1-2 weeks at a time yet I was continuously told they were hiring "ASAP" and "moving quickly." Then I was put through a panel of 4 separate 30 minute interviews, which all asked the same questions but were with different people. Then I did not hear back for 4 weeks, even though I kept following up with HR. Finally, 3 weeks later I was told I needed to interview immediately with the higher up director the next day. With no notice, I took the interview and it went very. That was the last week of August. I still have not heard back from HR after investing June-August spending hours of interviews on this company.
