very friendly. felt comfortable and that it was okay I took my time. they were engaged and truly cared about what I had to say. it felt like a conversation over coffee versus an interview.
It was very straightforward and easy to navigate. I was able to answer most of the questions with answers I had prepared for other non-internship job interviews before this. I would say I prepared an normal amount of time and was able to get an offer

It was alright, the interviewer was very cold. No introduction, just straight to the point. just be ready to talk a lot and be stared at. I literally felt like I was being questioned for something else
normally pretty easy, best to try to be friendly and make sure know about kohls values. also having a friendly appearance helps. they look for genuine people— not basic answers and over rehearsed answers
