Interview
I was given a phone interview by recruiter about a week after applying: typical screening questions and some behavioral. I was immediately invited for an in-person interview at the job site the following week, during which I was interviewed by my would-be manager, who asked more specific, team-based behavior questions, and the hiring manager, who basically asked the same questions as the manager I interviewed with not 10 minutes earlier. I was told by the hiring manger that they would get back to me either way within a week, but they never got back to me. I actually ended up calling the recruiter about 3 weeks later to check on the status of my application because their glitchy online system was displaying that I was still "under consideration." I was told that they chose someone else.

Interview
I had a phone interview and then went in for a face to face. Meet with three people who are in leadership positions and they completed a group interview. Then I meet with the Human Resources Manager in a different room. The questions were general and easy. They were mostly talking about the job itself. It was an easy interview.
