I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a group interview. They brought us into a back room and asked us different questions. For a lot of the questions, each individual went around and said there answer. Towards the end, they asked us questions like how we would deal with a certain situation, and different people raised their hand to answer it.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
