First interview is a recorded interview. You will have about 30 seconds to come up with your answer then you'll be recorded as you give your answer. Second phone interview included a job offer
The interview was conducted entirely virtually. A video would play, asking a question, after which I had 30 seconds to prepare my answer before it began recording me. I then had two minutes to give my answer while it recorded my response. 7 or 8 questions, nothing crazy, whole thing took about half an hour.
